On trapezoidal profiles with anti-condensation fleece, exposed fleece edges at the eaves and ridge can absorb moisture. Capillary action draws water into the fleece, where it is retained and, over time, can lead to mould growth, increased dripping and reduced adhesion of the fleece.

A dedicated fleece-free zone at the sheet ends effectively counteracts this risk.

With our new production line, we create the fleece-free zone directly within the production process – precisely, reproducibly and without any additional work on site. As standard, the fleece is removed at both ends of the profile, which allows a flexible laying direction and further simplifies installation.
